There are many books out there that are wonderful resources to help you in increasing your faith, and help you in your walk with God. Above all books, the Word of God is the ONE Book that is for this. However there are other books which may help you. This is an excellent book with tons of information on how to understand the language of the King James Bible. It also goes into comparing the differences between the King James Bible and the other versions. This is like having two books in one, as one part focuses on the language of the KJV and the other part goes into the History of the Bible. Gipp's Understandable History of the Bible

This books is excellent for getting an understanding of the History of the Bible, in terms that are much more understandable than other books. Some have used this book, to help create lessons in classes they teach. This is another must-have!
